HI I am a British Citizen and I want to apply IRL for my wife which application I should use? However, if the answer is SET (0) application form then what is the answer to this question
The person you are joining or accompanying

In addition, what are the supported documents I should send to the HO with her application.

5 years route with her visa will expire on 4th Oct 2020. She is on spouse visa

She should apply using SET(M): https://visas-immigration.service.gov.uk/product/set-m
