Need guidance on ILR eligibility under 5 year route set (0)

DO I HAVE PUT YES/NO AS I WAS ON MATERNITY LEAVE FEW YEARS BACK FOR 12 MONTHS.

Are you on maternity,paternity,shared parental or adoption leave?
