ILR

Post by GKP » Sat Jun 11, 2011 10:58 pm

Hi everyone,

I am planning to apply for ILR. I had resisdence permit (2005-2007), then HSMP(2007-2009) and since then had tier 1 visa(2009-2012)

I have finished 5 yrs(on above visas mix) and currently on tier 1 visa- my question is- is that a problem being on different mix of visa?

and my second question is re maintainence fund. I do not have £800 in bank account but I have some bank deposits for last 1 yr-will that be ok. My understanding is £800 for main applicant and same amt for dependants.

Is that right.

Cd some one please help with above questions

Many thanks

Being eligible for ILR under Tier 1 depends on your previous categories.
