ILR

Post by rad » Sat Nov 26, 2011 7:28 pm

Hi All,

My current visa is FLR (M) for 2 years and it is going to be expired in Jan/2012. then next month Dec2011 I am going to apply for ILR; but I have a question regarding the date issue of my ILR which would be given.

Is it going to be issued after the expiry date of my current visa or it would be issued in the same day of my ILR application?

Also I have a question regarding my vacations (abroad) which were spent in the last 2 years to see my family; I spent 240 days and I am planning to spend 3 weeks in Dec2011/Jan2012; did I exceeded my days limit out side UK or still I will be within the limit?

It would be appreciated if you can answer me.
Thanks Rad

From the date a decision on the application is made.
