Hi All,

My visa situation is as below:

HSMP: 31/05/07 – 31/05/09 – applied from India
Tier 1: 20/05/09 – 31/05/12 – applied from the UK

I entered UK after 33 days of EC and planning to apply for ILR as per 28 days calculation on May 07th.

1. Please advise if I am correct in my calculation to apply for ILR?
2. Also i am considering (upto 3 months) exception in my case. Please let me know if i am correct.
