ILR - Tier 1 / WP

Post by tier1extension » Tue Jun 21, 2011 8:23 am

I am applying for ILR based on Tier 1 general (current) / WP (previous) combination.

My questions are:

1. I lost one of my P60 but I have the P45 for it. Is that sufficient?

2. Can anyone confirm if the employment letter I need to show is only for my most current employer and that I do not need to show employment letters from my previous employers as long as I can show P60 and P45 from them?

3. Is it true you can get away with just four most recent P60s and nothing in the first year (not even P60 or 45)? Some on these forums were suggesting they have not even been asked to show their P60s at all. How come?

4. Do I need to show payslips from my previous jobs or is it only for my current job?

5. Do we need list of previous addresses for the past 5 years?

6. I believe we need to show 12 most recent payslips and bank statements within the 15 month prior period at the time of application. However, some in this forum were suggesting they actually only showed 3 months payslips and bank statements. Am I right or are they right?

7. For PEO in person application, will they actually ask you as well the exact dates when you started and left your previous jobs? I hope not! Do they go into that detail or is it simply a matter of showing the P60 or P45 forms, and see whether you have earned enough, and that kind of stuff?

Please search the forum. All questions have been covered. In general more documents you have usually better to deal with unexpected questions. However not mandatory to show these all (especially no need to show every single employment document for last 5 years.)
