ILR (Tier1 General) eligibility for UK born child

Post by padven88 » Fri May 08, 2015 12:03 pm

Hi
Me and my wife are eligible for ILR by 2nd week of June. We don't want to apply citizenship for my Son.
Is my son eligible for ILR along with us as he born in UK in March 2014 ? or Do we need to apply for Tier1 Dependent extension to complete 5 years stay to get ILR?

HI Mate .

Yes he is eligible to apply as dependent, on the same form.
As he is a UK born he dont to complete the 5 years and go with the same application as your wife.

Thanks
Akbar
Kind Regard,
