ILR UKVCAS appointment for family

I shall be applying for ILR with my dependents (wife and kid over 18 yrs), understand I need to submit 2 Applications (Set-O forms for my case). When it comes for UKVCAS Biometric appointment, do I need to book 2 slots? I will be paying extra for out of hours appointment. What are my chances to get the 2 slots on same time? or just 1 appointment will do?
