ILR under HSMP JR ON HOLD PEO today

Hi All
I applied for ILR under HSMP JR through solicitor representation at PEO today.

My case us straight forward but only mistake I made was in Absence date

In one of the date I put 12/10/10 instead of 10/12/10
which is the reason given to my solicitor that because this extends my stay more than 90 days at a time and total day to 234 so we will need to pass on the our review team to made further reviews.


My solicitor did informed case worker that is was an error on. Dates are as above. If you want please check passport stamping and all annual leaves are paid as well. also salary slip / bank statement are here to prove.

As per my passport stampling its 188 day in total and of that 49 days are on business trips which I got employer letter confirming same.

Case worker was too busy to check all passport and said I can only go by application filled.
And eventually asked us to submit employer letter confirming I was working till 9th Dec before I went on paid holiday etc.

I managed to get this letter today itself with letter from myself apologizing for the error we made on our part and confirming date I was on annual leave.

When we ent to submit caseworker was not availabel and lady who checked our application before payment told us she will put these 2 letter in our file.

Has anyone got any advise ? any experience ?

I am just disappointed with this small error. and now can't stop thinking.

I just hope case working consider this letters and give us approval.
