ILR UNDER 10 Year ADVICE FOR TYPICAL CASE.

Post by neerukonda9 » Wed Apr 20, 2011 3:02 pm

I CAME TO THE UK IN OCT 2001 ON STUDY LEAVE AND SINCE 2008 JAN I AM HSMP/TIER 1 DEPENDENT. I AM PLANNING TO APPLY FOR ILR UNDER LONGTERM RESIDENCY.

MY QUERIES ARE:
1. AM I ELIGIBLE UNDER 10 YEARS LONG RESIDENCY
2. CAN I INCLUDE MY WIFE AND DAUGHTER AS WE ARE LIVING TOGETHER FOR THE LAST 5 YEARS
3. WHAT ARE THE DOCUMENTS I NEED LIKE LIFE IN UK, PAYSLIPS, BANK STATEMENTS AND HOW MUCH BALANCE I NEED TO SHOW.

ANY REASONABLE HELP IS GREATELY APPRECIATED.

MANY THANKS IN ADVANCE.

1. You may be, if you meet the requirements (276A-276D).
2. No.
3. Read 10A, 10S and 10T in the SET(O) form.
