ILR - Unmarried Partner - Dependant visa - Help!

Post by blaze007 » Mon Feb 15, 2010 7:26 pm

Dear Friends,

I am applying for my ILR in person next week. My girl frined is currently on my HSMP dependant visa for the past 2 years.

Please let me know if I need to put any supporting documents to prove again that we live together for last 2 years? Or, as they already had granted dependant visa based on that, its not necessary to show again?

So all I need is, her passport along with my application and additional fee, is that right?

Your advise will be very much helpful.

Thanks in advance.

seeing you are going to PEO I cannot see why you should not take the documentation with. The last thing you want is for her to be denied because of some documents you left at home.

Thanks for your reply.

Problem is, she moved to Cardiff 6months back due to her job.
So, we cannot show the same address for past 6months.

Anyone else who had a similar situation?

Thanks for your help!
