ILR Using visit visa

Hi,

I came to UK in 2010 April in visit Visa with visa expiring in October 2010 but I went back to my country in August and came to UK in September 2010 in Tier 4 visa and since then, I am on Tier 4, Tier 2 and again Tier 4 visa, which expires in 2022. I am planning to apply for ILR (10 years route), when will I be eligible to apply? Can I apply in April this year or I have to wait until September?
Would be greatful for your suggestions guys.

All visas count towards long residence including visit visas

So it means I can apply in April 2020 (28 days before 10 years) ?
