I'll keep it short. I'm 18 now, I was brought to the UK from Nigeria aged 5 and I've lived here since then. I've had previous cases denied, one through a 7 year route which was justified imo and one in 2016 where I wasn't allowed in the tribunal courtroom despite the judge citing my absence as a reason for denial. I'm putting in a FLR FP private life appeal on the basis that I've now lived here for most of my life, with proof. I just want to hopefully allay somefears I have, is there any grounds for denial or eviction from the country with a case like this, I am sending my Nigerian passport along with my case as proof of my Nigerian citizenship which I used to enter the country but I was told that the home office can use this to just forcibly evict me, although it seems straightforward, the home office is not predictable. I would love advice and tips from those who have used the route or are using it currently. Thank you.
