ILR 5 years route - 180 days gap

Hi All,

I have entered Uk with tier 2 visa on 21-03-2019 , and i am elgible now for applying ILR - I am worried about my absences during last 5 years.

Entry : 21-03-2019
Trip 1 : 22-11-2019 - 08-12-2019 - 16 days
Trip 2 : 26-02-2021 - 01-07-2021 - 125 days
Trip 3 : 05-11-2021 - 22-11-2021 - 17 days
Trip 4 : 25-12-2021 - 08-03-2022 - 73 days
Trip 5 : 24-12-2022 - 22-03-2023 - 88 days


trip 2 - I went on business trip and trip 4 - I have tested positive for covid

My absense period on rolling basis is 202 days

All my absense years , i was working remotely and getting my salary paid in UK account and also i am paying my rental in UK

will my application be denied ? Any suggestions please

Any discretion is up to the UKVI. We cannot tell you whether you will get a positive result as you do not currently qualify
