I had LC20 conviction driving otherwise in accordance with a licence on the 20/06/07 and fine £60 with 4 points, can anyone tell me when it will be spent to enable me apply for naturalisation as a british citizen

Licence Offences

LC20 Driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence.

Meaning a learner driver driving a vehicle without a licence :D

I think its 4 yrs when it is deemed to be spent.... but not 100% sure

Five years I think.

Also the driver would not be insured, a far more serious offence...

What if you pleaded guilty by post for LC20 and was fined £150 plus 3 points taken off?

How would this affect ILR and Naturalisation?
