Hi, i am living in uk from last 6 years, this is not the issue actually i married to girl who is not legal in uk, she came here in 2005 and we got married 4 years ago, i have two kids now and both have british nationality is there any chance my wife can apply for visa while statying in UK on the basis all family got settled status in uk>

She may be able to apply for Leave under the 10 years partner route.

didnt get you, what you mean by 10 years route as we only married for last 4 years

It means she will get a visa for 2.5 years and will need to keep extending it until she reaches 10 years (10 year partner route). It is not 10 years in the past.
