Immigration to bulgaria

Immigration to bulgaria

Hi All,
I have been contacted by an agent saying that they will help me to get a Bulgarian passport on the basis of investments in bulgaria.
He is asking 8000 euros for that and claiming that will take 5 -7 weeks.
can any one please let me know, whether is it possible?
I am an non-european and my ancestors are not from bulgaria or europe.
