7 years application : Iqbal

Post by iqbal303 » Fri May 01, 2015 7:31 pm

Dear Sirs
my daughter, 16 years old, has been living in the UK since 01.05.2002. we entered in the UK on visit visa. we left UK within six months and came back regularly. but my daughter has been studying from reception to GCSC level in the UK SCHOOL. we left UK on vacation time and came back regularly to maintain visit visa.

Please note that 06.08.2009 we left the UK and came back on 12.09.2011. when we left UK in 2009 my daughter was year-5 student and when came back in 2011 , she took re-admission on year-7.

From 2012 , we did not maintain visit visa by leaving UK. we are overstayed now.
my question is that my daughter has been studying from reception to GCSC in the UK and living in the above way.
can I apply for us on the basis of my daughter's 7 years residency in the UK? I am a single parent.

I have been working in the UK illegally and never recourse public funds.

Please give me advice as soon as possible .

Yes you should be able to.

Your daughter has spent a significant period in the UK .
