Apostille

Post by Anglesey » Sun Dec 15, 2019 11:22 am

Good day. Could you please help me to sort it out. Should the divorce certificate have the apostille stamp and notary legalised translation if it is from abroad to apply for spouse visa?

Yes , any foreign document has to be translated and apostilled for UKVI. Our marriage ceritifcate was in Ukrainian language which we translated and apostilled before we submitted to the visa centre in Kiev. Hope it helps

Thank you very much for your reply. I knew about the marriage cert, just was not sure about the divorce one as it is just the extra doc.
