i got the allowed appeal determination yesterday after a long wait.
.

CONGRAT ON UR ALLOWED. I HAVE MY APPEAL HEARING NEXT 2 WEEKS.

Guys, Thanks again for all your help and this will be probably my lost post now till the next part of my wife's visa process but however all your help has been invaluable.

Anyway my wife came today just a bit upset but she came from Lahore to Glasgow via a connection through Dubai and she was not asked a single question @ Glasgow they never even asked her to check her TB, Nikha Namma or any other documents. Quite shocked they did not even ask her name or any other general questions. Her passport checked and of she went.

Below is my final timeline and I wish everyone else a successful married life and hope all appeals and visa's are granted soon.

Having a Tier 1 General BRP card valid until April 2015
Removed from UK airport: 10th June 2013
Appeal from India in UK: July 2013
Hearing date at the First Tribunal: 9th July 2014.

Please let me know that have you won appeal at the First Tribunal?
If I win appeal, what will be the procedure to get back the visa?
My solicitor has been dealing with my case but I want you to share your experience in detail which might help me.

How long will it take to get a decision? Does any one know

i heared it takes 2 weeks but got my decision letter after 9 weeks...

i have recently received acknowledge letter stating i'll hear from them after 20th march, hopefully my application gets overturned in the mean time. plz keep me in your duas

My Wife's Visa was refused on 11/11/13
and Today 03/12/13 we appealed against the decision

Does anyone know if they overturn the decision , how long does it take minimum or maximum time ?

In the Meanwhile we are preparing the documents for the fresh application as well, just in case.

I think its mean you just won the appeal and Visa will be granted , Congrats

Visa stamped: 12/11/2013 (though got passport back on 19/11/2013)

Now my wife is here in the UK with me.

After reading your post, I firmly believe the language requirement should continue to be essential.

Anyways, regarding your father's case, are you saying your appeal was allowed 1 year ago? If so you should really get your MP involved. If however you applied 1 year ago and have just been allowed then you're looking at 3/4 weeks for the call letter and then 4 weeks for the stamped passport to be returned.

My father appeal was allowed almost 1 year ago... And waiting his call or letter from 1 year ...

Whats are the chances of ukba actually overturning decisions within the 19 week review period... it appears alot of ppl are being put to court for a hearing without them looking at the appeal and evidence. .. any thoughts appreciated.

Hello All.. Child under 18 family visit appeal hearing date in march 2014 ...he will travel with her mother insha ALLAH ..and the mother has got 5 years visa already .. I want to know that what type of questions the court can ask on hearing about the child and the appellant...? Child is the younger brother of appellant ..and the age of child is 16
