Yes ask them to resend it as did and then ring home office ask them to email to embassey in the country your partner is. That way they will contact partner and send thema call letter. Your solicitor should trace it up.but like I said it's the Tribunal job to send copy to embassy and Home office i had to get them to resend mine then my hus band got his call letter. The whole system is messed up lol]

Hi to all
Today I received a letter on my London address from HM court and tribunals service. It says Notice of withdrawal and the box next to The respondent has withdrawn the original decision is ticked and than in next line it goes like the tribunal is satisfied that this appeal has been with drawn..
Nothing else is mentioned in letter. All I know I need to attend the hearing on 16th of October this year in Birmingham.
Kindly let me know if some one received same letter and what dose it mean. I don't want to raise my hope too much therefor I m not drawing any conclusion.
Thanks in advance

Congratulations on getting the call to submit passport.
My appeal was allowed on 5th of June and I got the determination letter straight away. My husband got his letter in Bangladesh on 3rd of July. This means the BHC should have it the same day as well? How long did you have to wait for the call to submit passport and TB test? Do you go in person to hand it all in or do you post it all?

After 14 weeks of submitting husband passport for visa stampi get this
Now more running around
do ineed a solicitor to write a letter or I can do it myself
You have appealed against a decision to refuse your visa application and this appeal has been allowed at an immigration tribunal in the UK. However, you are currently subject to an exclusion order from the UK and we are unable to issue a visa in your name until this exclusion order has been lifted. To request that the exclusion order be lifted you should contact the Home Office in the United Kingdom at the following address:
Criminal casework FRS team Immigration Enforcement Home Office
Apollo house, 14th Floor, 36 Wellesley Road, Croydon, CR9 3RR United Kingdom
Fax: +44 0870 336 9444
Until your request for the Home Office to lift your exclusion order has been granted we are unable to issue a visa in your name
Any one got sample letter that I can copy and send them
So pissed of
