Congratulations on getting the call to submit passport.

My appeal was allowed on 5th of June and I got the determination letter straight away. My husband got his letter in Bangladesh on 3rd of July. This means the BHC should have it the same day as well? How long did you have to wait for the call to submit passport and TB test? Do you go in person to hand it all in or do you post it all?

After 14 weeks of submitting husband passport for visa stampi get this
Now more running around
do ineed a solicitor to write a letter or I can do it myself

You have appealed against a decision to refuse your visa application and this appeal has been allowed at an immigration tribunal in the UK. However, you are currently subject to an exclusion order from the UK and we are unable to issue a visa in your name until this exclusion order has been lifted. To request that the exclusion order be lifted you should contact the Home Office in the United Kingdom at the following address:
Criminal casework FRS team Immigration Enforcement Home Office
Apollo house, 14th Floor, 36 Wellesley Road, Croydon, CR9 3RR United Kingdom
Fax: +44 0870 336 9444
Until your request for the Home Office to lift your exclusion order has been granted we are unable to issue a visa in your name
Any one got sample letter that I can copy and send them
So pissed of

salam all,
apologies if its a repeat but I am wondering if anyone knows who long it takes to get the call letter once your appeal is allowed. my spouse's appeal is allowed on 02/09/14 and we are still waiting for the call letter, I have also not had any correspondence from hoe office around the refund of appeal fees.

update: while going through the other posts, I noticed on average it takes a year from when ppl lodged the appeal to when they can travel. anyone knows how I can contact home office to check the status on this? I just send an email today on the fees refund but I think that mailbox is specific to fee refunds only.

any help would be appreciated.
thanks,

We lodged an appeal on the 28th of august.
My husband received a letter, stating their deadline is the 5th of February.
This is going to be a long thing.

Looking to reapply aswell in sha.Allah..

I lodged appeal on 10 March 2014 and the deadline was 13 August and now I received a letter from court informing me the hearing date on 18 Feb 2015 at Newport. I don't understand why tribunal gave me a too far hearing date.

Hello All,

This is our timeline:

Submitted Spouse Application at VSI Jalandhar - 03/03/14
Refused - 27/03/14
Appeal Application - 15/04/14
HO Deadline - 23/09/14
Called First Tier Tribunal - 05/09/14 was informed that BHC India have sent back the appeal bundle and refused to reconsider so I would be going to First Tier Tribunal they initially told me I would be waiting until April 2015 for a court date
Contacted my solicitor and told them what the court representative said. My solicitor wrote a letter to them requesting an earlier date and that we would be willing to travel. It worked as we have our court date set for 06/11/14 in Birmingham. I am from London so its a 2 hour drive but its better than having to wait 6/7 months.

If you have the means to travel ask your solicitors to request an earlier court date.

Help needed from people on this forum who have gone through the appeal process.can someone plzzz answer my following queries.

FIRSTLY YESTERDAY MY SPONSOR IN UK GOT A LETTER FROM HM COURTS AND TRIBUNAL STATING THE ORAL HEARING DATE FOR THE CASE AS 5TH OF feb 2015.BUT NO OTHER DOCUMENT REGARDING THE REASONS WHY THE ECM (EMBASSY) RETAINED THEIR ORIGINAL DECISION IS MENTIONED OR INCLUDED ALONG WITH THIS LETTER, SHALL I OR MY SPONSOR GET ANY SUCH DOCUMENT STATING THE REASONS BEFORE THE HEARING DATE?
SECONDLY I WANT TO KNOW AM I SUPPOSED TO SEND ALL THE SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS(APPEAL BUNDLE) AGAIN TO THE TRIBUNAL BEFORE THE HEARING DATE OR THE ECM (EMBASSY) WILL SEND IT BY THEMSELVES TO THE TRIBUNAL JUDGE TO HAVE A LOOK?
THIRDLY IS MY SPONDOR REQUIRED TO TAKE ALONG ALL THE SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS WITH HIM ON THE HEARING DATE OR NOT AS WE DONT HAVE A LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE AND ONLY MY SPONSOR WILL BE APPEARING BEFORE THE JUDGE?
LASTLY WHAT HAPPENS AT HEARING?I AM WORRIED CAUSE WE HAVEN'T GOT ANY SOLICITOR,ONLY MY SPONSOR WILL B ATTENDING IT.
