To All my brothers and sisters on this forum.

Today Monday 22nd Feb 2010 is a great day for me, Today my wife has received a phone call from Gerrys in Mirpur saying my wifes passport is ready for collection.

MY WIFES GOT HER VISA..

I'm very happy today, for those of you who have read my previous posts proberly know about me moaning and accusing BHC and Gerrys for all sorts.

Dulhe Raja Jee, I guess i'm alittle more lucky then you, as i did no have to wait 9 months

Sam-Zen You submitted your passport afew weeks after me, so you should recieve your passport next week or two.

Thank you samzen, My wife got the phone call from Gerrys at Pakistans 5pm. I got a phone call around the time I posted on here from my wife saying the passport is ready for collection. Inshallah I will remember you in my prays, and Inshallah your case will be solved very soon too.

She got it in time, I'm moving into my new home in 2 weeks, she will be here for the move..

It means your application has been looked at and a decision has been made to either grant or refuse visa.

Only way for you to find out the outcome is to contact people on the phone number given in teh email which will be Gerrys where you initially lodged the application

mine was appeal case, allowed appeal student visa and i submitted my passport on 11 nov 2009, please pray for me that decision must be positive regarding my visa and could u please also do let me know that now after how long they return my passport to gerry ? becoz today i called them n they told me that yet documents are not back, u just have to wait. now how long would i have to wait,

please pray for me guys, and for all those who are suffering this condition.

Hi everyone, I have some more details regarding my wifes visa. My wife has collected her passport today, she has been granted a visa for 2 years & 7 months, but what has suprised me is that the passport has been stamped on 20/1/2010. That means our visa was stamped 1 month & 3 days ago. Gerrys did not bother to tell us, Even though i sent Gerrys a email they failed to tell us that our passport was ready for pickup. My wifes passport was on there desk for over a month before they decided to contact us.

From what i know visa process is taking around 3 months these days. For those brothers and sisters still waiting, I recommend you send an email once a week to your application center, or where your passports have been submitted. DONT rely on gerrys as they wont bother to contact you, Like they did with us.

Inshallah you will All recieve good news in the coming days. My wife is booking her seat tommorrow.

Both London and abuDHabi ppl say they have done their piece of work. Now i wonder where the tail is stuck??? islamabad or gerry...

Hi people, Gerrys staff can only give you a status update on your passport, they cant give you a time frame as to how long it might take. The passport process these days is around 3 months.

Samzen Brov you should recieve your passport in the next 2 weeks. Keep praying Inshallah all will be well. I got married on 19th March 09, Its been almost 1 year since ive been away from my wife. With the blessings of allah the long wait has finally come to an end, I'm looking forward to our 1st anniversary together.

Dont worry samzen your passport will be coming very soon.

but i have submiited my passport on 11 nov 2009. but still didnt get it back, it been more than three months buddy, its totally up to BHC, they fuc** shits, huh, i dont know why the hell they took so long just for stamping the passport, i was about to show up at college in jan but just coz these bullshit, i missed this semseter, these guys only want to waiste time,

Your passport ready for collection,you can collect between 2 to 5 pm monday to friday with original slip & cnic copy.

Congratz ! sam-zen, at last a ray of hope for me and others who submitted in january.

I called Abudhabi yesterday on 2 numbers, on one a goora i suppose, with a bad accent picked up and after telling him that im from karachi,pakistan and want to know my application status he gave me a number to contact, i desperately noted it down but with great difficulty due to line disturbance, asking him to repeat it 3 times and then bye, thanks said the goora, when i rang at it, it was gerry 0900... some number. OMG i was so furious at that time, then rang at another no this time a lady operator i suppose a local from abudhabi picked up asked for passport no and name and after that bang! your visa is still in que to process or under process dont remmebr which one she said.

i submitted my pp on 15 jan 2010 (student Allowed Appeal) and have extention till 8th march.

But i mean sam-zen contacted them yesterday and they said still in process and the next day Gerry called his wife to collect passport. WOW. Mubarak ho!. But wait a min whats going on why are they not giving accurate information ?

Everybody just keep praying for yourself and others too. InshAllah soon will be over this time of difficulty and patience, Allah always do whats best for us. So everybody donâ€™t worry.

i really thank to ALLAH, that my passport is back after 3 months n few days,

and thanks alot guys for praying us and may all other people get their passports soon inshallah, i will remember all of u in prayers and please also remember in ur prayers.

Cutting the Long story short.

Won the HSMP appeal and re-applied for Entry clearance in the start of Dec 2009, Received a call from BHC in Mid December 2009 from this number 051-2012000 that the HSMP approval letter you have submitted is expired and you need to submit a new HSMP Approval Letter to BHC Islamabad. I tried to convince/tell many people got their visa stamped with the expired HSMP approval letter, the letter expired due to the appeal decision delay and quoted some of my colleagues example but he said that you have to provide the fresh HSMP approval letter

So I applied for the reprint of the HSMP letter to the HSMP Team and despatched my all the relevant documents to the the Home Office though DHL courier , telephoned them in the start of Jan 2010 and told that my documents were received before Christmas so please issue me the reprint.

I continued to call them about thrice a week and they said that they have not received my documents , I told them the exact date and the name of the person who collected the documents and signed and their answer was that we are not denying that that you have not sent but we have not received and our computer system is not updating the status that your application for reprint has been received.

After that I faxed may application and other relevant documents (9 pages) about 4 times still they said that system is not updating that my application is received. After that around Mid February 2010 I called them and at the same time faxed the application along with documents and then the person said that you application is received .

I received the Reprint of HSMP approval letter by post and have submitted the original reprint of HSMP Approval letter to BHC Islamabad through TCS.

I applied for HSMP in 2006 when the score was required was 65.

I am totally unaware about the

1) Current processing times
2) After how much time I will receive my passport back.
3) My passport to expire in end Aug 2010.
4) Should I email

heyyy, i think its a good day for so many of us.
Recieved a mail at pm from gerry saying no passport yet,
recieved a call at 6 5 pm saying collect your passport tomorrow.
Friday brings an end to our worries.Alhamdulillah.

Rejected 15may 2009,
appeal lodged within 28 days june 2009,
Receive appeal date for august2009
14 september 2009 attend hearing
same day 14 september find out we Won Mashalah
20 Dec 2009 Wife receives call letter
02Jan 2010 wife goes for medical
04 Jan 20th 2010 with hands in passport
Feb 25th 2010 wifes receives phone call in morning10:00
Feb 25th 2010 wife collect passports at1400

Its been a rocky hard ride but mashalah she will be here soon now, everyone who is still going thru the wait just do dua its been hard nearly1 years!

my wife collect passport today and visa issu date is 16 jan2010.and we recived call today and we collect same day..which is not bad..allah will help every one,inshallah all freands recived there passport soon inshallah.keep praying 4 every one that worth it..
