and post regarding their poor service for visa issuance.

May be, may be they'll take any action IF they have any shame.

HiScholershk,
i have complained on this link but i dont know why it seems it wont make them feel the pain we are going through.
and worst thing is no one is hearing any news about visa who resubmited their passport in May.
its more than 2 and half months now and dont know where they are stuck!!!
any one any update?

Any updates ?

I am still waiting to hear from BHC.

We submitted her passport with call letter of allowed family visit visa appeal on 18 June 2009 so far there is no information about her visa.

I dont know what makes them think so long. Its been 2 months and 9 days i have submitted my passport with my call letter. Still waiting.

Thats what i wonder alot TopGun,
Might be one day some empolyee of BHC or ex employee see this forum and tell us what they do with passport 3, 4 months:)

else we can never understand why they are taking that long on appeal cases too.
as its near 3 months now so minimum we all should be expecting it soon INSHALLAH. May ALLAh help every one in this uncertain sitution.

Yes Arayn365, Unfortunately there are many flaws in BHC system that they need to fix else we will go suffering like this.

Hi All

My Mother and brother resubmitted thier passports on the 19th May at ISB VAC (Visitors Visa Catergory) It has been nearly 14 weeks and no response more than 3 months of waiting and nothing happened.

Also another of my cousins resubmitted his passport on the 12th may 2009 he still has not heard anything his will be over 14 weeks same catergory.

Its a waste of time contacting gerry's they are useless.

All the May cases are stucked in BHC. weeks are starting and ending but no reply. lets keep praying for eachother and INSHALLAH we will get it.
we dont have any option other then waiting and that we already doing.

Hi all, My wife submitted her passport at Gerry's ISB on 12th may 2009 after successful appeal in march 2009, still waiting to collect the passport.

Hi all I've very Shucking news for all who's waiting for his passport more then three months.
The news is when the passport is coming back form high commission to Gerry it has the possibility to get fraud with passport like photo change so everybody be careful about this.

as for as picture change is concerned, changing picture wonâ€™t help anyone

as all other info is saved in machine readable form that canâ€™t be changed.

But off course no harm in being careful.

hi all this information has giving bye a person who work inside of Gerry i told him all guys has said but he said everything is possibale cause in the first i didn't accept that as will but after he explain how they do i beleliv him. I hop every body get there pssport soon ins.

hi all. My husband submitted his passport at lahore vac on 8th after an allowed settlement appeal and its now 2nd september..still not heard anything yet...has anyone submitted earlier than this and still waiting.

and has anyone actually got their passport back..after how long?

has any1 tried contacting their mp. i did and they said they'll email bhc maybe find out how long left and thats all they can do..anyway still waiting like everyone else at the mo..best of luck to all.

oops forgot to say..it was the 8th of may 2009..and when he went to enquire at the gerrys in lahore there were people there who have been waiting much longer lyk 7 months and still havent got their passports back. this visa process is so ridiculous.just hope they speed things up.

i have re submitted my passport in lahore vac against the call letter for student visa but still i have found reply for the collection of my passport.my classes are going to be start on Sep 14, 2009 and i am much surprise what the hell bhc are doing after an allowed appeal.anyone please help me in this regard.

When did you submited your passport ? and what was your visa category ?

@ Sabahat22,
its almost 4 months since you have submited you passport. what was your visa category ? i visited VAC today and no update. they said visit after 15, 20 days again, by the way it was my 3rd visit in last 3 months.
the gerry guy told me that now days hardly passports submitted on appeal are coming back.

INSHALLAh we all will get it very soon.

Dear friends,

My appeal for my wife was allowed on the 2nd march 2009 and within a week my wife received a letter about the appeal allowed in Pakistan.3 weeks after she received a letter from BHC Islamabad to submit her passport.She submitted her passport on the 17th April 2009.And until now only thenga!!!If u call the BHC on 0092 51 201 2000 someone will pick up and say hello and put u trough Gerry Fedex VAC whatever it is.Even if u say No i want to speak to u they still put u through VAC.Such a swines are working there.I know only one chap from my village in Pakistan who got his passport back after 3.5 months therest are all waiting.Lots of people on appeal cases are waiting more than 4 months.My friend parents,my other friend borther,an customer from mirpur her sister got appeal allowed as a spouse many more cases i know.BTW mine was EEA Family permit.Still waiting dont know for who..Chrismas???

Its ridicilous they just dont wanna give and those TBC certificate are only 6 months valid ,i wonder if they need to go again and pay 3000 rs for that stupid thing and waste a whole day as well..

sorry to hear that you are waiting since April and its been almost 4 and half months.
i am also waiting since 3.6 months . dont know if they are making Ichaar or any thing else but its so stupid delaying that much.
