No, the only luck I had is they have escalated my case yesterday. They asked me to wait for 15 days and by the end of that, we are already completing 120 days.

I hope next month we will get our decision.

No, the only luck I had is they have escalated my case yesterday. They asked me to wait for 15 days and by the end of that, we are already completing 120 days.

I hope next month we will get our decision.

My biometrics Date was the 7th of Jan so probably I will receive the decision before same of you. I have only 9 days left from the 120 days.

just called the UKVI office now. A decision has been made on my application .finally after 6-Months . They told me I should get a confirmation email today or next Monday. I will keep you up to date .

I'm sorry everyone for posting on this thread but I can't find the new post tab. I cancelled my spouse application after waiting months and needing passport for ID purposes. Anyway a day after cancellation a decision was made and my visa was granted. It's a fiance visa.

My question is will they cancel my visa after the 28 days for refund? If so how do I stop it from happening? I've called border control and they're saying it's not up to them and the Refunds team also don't know.

Application status has just been Decided.

After the decision, if the visa is granted the vignette has to be placed inside the passport.

Please check your emails and junk mail, you will receive information regarding the decision and information on collecting your passport in 2 weeks.

We do not have access to the details of the decision.

Please give me UKVI contact no. Who actually can give update regarding my application.

The HO escalated my case last week and I got this email in the morning. Not sure how long would it take to pass the final stages.

Further, I note that work has been done on your application today and it is now in the final stages of processing.

I received this email from the escalation team. They asked me to send the documents to support the escalation. So, I sent them my recent ticket to Pakistan and my wife's medical prescription.

oo okay, i’ve only received the automated reply from the escelation team, they haven’t asked for medical proof yet from me, i got my MP involved and sent her the medical proof hopefully she’s forwarded it to them. i’A you get a reply soon

Thanks. I would say, you should reply to that automated email as I got the document request from the same automated email. Just attach the documents and send them to that email.

You have to give a medical reason to escalate the case.

mostly under compassionate/emergency health circumstances they’re allowing escelation, they ask for evidence to support the escelation.

Could you plz share telephone no. Where u can asked to esclate your application. Because other telephone no. are for general information. Please share right telephone no. Thanks.
