Apply FLR visa before receive the ILR Visa of main applicant?

Good morning, Hope you are all doing well.

I would like to know the visa options for my family .

My information
• I have applied ILR SET(LR) by March 2021 and Biometric by first week April 2021.
• As per my understanding the current timeline for ILR SET(LR) standard application takes around 3 to 4 months, so I may get my ILR by end of June or July.

My Family.
• My family(wife, daughter & son) came to UK by Dec 2012.( My wife and daughter came to UK by dependant visa on July 2011, returned to India by Jan 2012 then came along with my son by end of Dec 2012)
• The current TIER2 ICT dependant visa is valid until first week of July 20021
• As per my reading, they are eligible for ILR Long Residence by Dec 2022.

Queries regarding my Family visa-
a. Is that visa type FLR(M) Visa for my wife and kids?
b. Or any visa type?
c. Can we apply the FLR visa before receive the ILR by end of May or start of June 2021? ( I hope I may not receive my ILR by time and needs to apply my family FLR before the current visa expires).
d. What is the procedure to do the apply before my ILR? My heard that I can apply FLR(M) for my family with the my ILR application reference number and asking to start processing the visa after my ILR at UKVI.
