Applying for a Spouse and a Child below 18 outside UK

I have settled status in the UK and I want to apply for Spouse Visa with Child below the age of 18.
The age of child is 2 years.

The excerpt from guidelines state:

Apply at the same time as your parent
Which form you need to fill in depends on whether your parent is applying to enter the UK as the partner of one of the following:

• a British citizen

• a person with indefinite leave to remain

• a person with refugee status or humanitarian protection

• If they are applying as one of these, you must fill in the Appendix FM online form.

My spouse is applying "as a partner of a person with indefinite leave to remain"
There are two option in Appendix FM

• Child

• Parent

Question
Do I fill both or in the Appendix FM of Parent (Spouse) I will have to add the child as an additional dependant and include both spouse and child as "Additional dependant of the sponsors"?
