Canada PR Card Holder wanting to marry a British Citizen

Hello, Need some information in Canadian PR Card Holder wanting to marry in the UK to a British citizen.

1. Would they require a Visa to enter the Uk?
2. If they want to live in the UK would the spouse need to apply a spouse visa for the stay?

2. Yes and meet all the requirements to qualify for a spouse visa.
