Converting Fiance visa to Spouse visa: Urgent

hello everyone pleas i need help urgent pleas
im in the uk with fiance visa and I have two switch it to spouce visa so My question is
1. it is the same documents as a fiancee visa

2 how I submit the application

3 - where I send documents and is

1. Yea but all recent documents ie financial etc.

2. FLR M which is an online application.

3. You make an appointment at ukcvas and you scan and upload all your documents. You do not post documents to ho anymore. At your ukcvas they check the uploads and you enroll biometrics.

This is for an in country FLR(M) application, not an application outside the UK!!!
