Yes, FLR(M) is the correct form if he currently holds a spouse settlement visa. It is the same form he completed for his last extension.H i please please can someone help before i submit application, i was told the application to complete was flr (m) for extension, husbands current visa is leave to remain of partner. whilst doing the application at the top it says his name and then family route. is this definitely the correct form to use as the previous says partner??
Depends on how you plan to meet the Financial requirement. Link below tells you what is needed.secondly my husband has a limited company what sort of information do we need to give as supporting documents.
and thirdly there is a question on the form that says your current permission to be in uk
visit
work
study
family
eea
settlement
other
i put other as the visa he as got now which is ending soon is leave to remain partner route 5 year
is this correct that i put other.
It is the same supporting documentation that was required when he last extended on FLR(M). Nothing has changed.and it says we have to provide 2 years we have been living together since last grant of leave in this category
im so confused as we was on partner before now the form is saying family.
That is a Spouse Settlement Visa!!Mandymand22 wrote: ↑Thu May 09, 2019 2:42 pmHe doesn't hold a spouse settlement Visa his got a leave to remain Visa. I'm so bloody confused and I am so sorry. He had a entry clearence Visa spouse then we got the leave to remain spouse Visa we was ment to be applying for indefinate leave to remain but now we need to extend his leave to remain
Yes. The date of application is the date you submit and pay online and not the appointment for biometrics.I have gone to a date that is free of charge but its 2 days before his Visa expires is that ok
You have to upload them. Postal is no longer available.also I'm quite confused as its saying to upload documents we was going to post them but there isn't a option for that what i can see. Do they not accept posted documents now.
If the rest of pages are on bank letter head then no stamp on each page will be needed.Mandymand22 wrote: ↑Sun May 26, 2019 12:55 pmHi does any one no if printed out statements from the bank are accepted we have to provide a years worth for each of us and they refuse to stamp each page they only stamped the front of each month
They will send you the duplicate statements which won't need any stamp.Mandymand22 wrote: ↑Mon May 27, 2019 4:36 pmI have just called Halifax and they are going to send out the last years statments, will this be ok as they come or would they still need to be stamped etc?
Then ask them to print the statement on their own stationary which won't need any stamp.
