Dependent Fee

Can someone tell me how much is the Visa Fee of joining Dependent, I have DL (Discretionary Leave) and I want to add my child under exceptional circumstances. My child Born in UK but Living in Pakistan. He is now 10 years old. Can someone tell me which Application Form I need to Fill and how much will be the Visa Fee?
