Dependent visa refusal

Hi, can anyone advice or guide me how to appeal on this plzzzz

My wife's dependent entry clearance visa been refused .

Reason for Refusal is 'Eligibility English Language Requirement'

Actually we submitted letter from Acharya Nagarjuna university stating that 4 year bachelor degree was taught in English.But the case worker saying we have not provided a UK NARIC which confirms that the qualification meets or exceeds the recognised standard of a Bachelor's degree in the UK.
They gave us 28days to appeal , so plz help me how to approach this appel...

To use a foreign degree, she needs the UK NARIC English assessment AND the comparable assessment. Costs about £150 and it is the UKVI Red Route NARIC.

Do you have any idea how long the appeal going take and can you suggest which way will be quicker i.e oral or paper submission?
And the corresponding address which we are going to give now for appeal is different from the first address which we gave during first visa application , will this be a problem now?

can anyone suggest me the best way in appealing my wife's dependent visa refusal whether to appeal in uk or back home?
just wanted to know which way will be the quicker way of getting the decision from Tribunal ....

Your quickest way is to re-apply with wife doing and passing IELTS Life Skills A1.

Tribunal you can be waiting like 12-18 months.

Choice is yours

Reapply with the correct certificate. You'll be in for a long wait if you appeal

Your best bet is to take the A1 test as per the other members suggestion and it appears the applicant won't have an issue in passing this.

You will receive a refund for the IHS fee so not all is lost.

Best = Oral
Maybe Faster = Paper

Out of interest, what is the main difference between paper appeal and oral appeal?

Is it that on paper appeal the papers ‘speak’ where’s as for oral you can add any additional things too?

Oral = you can attend in front of the Tribunal Judge and say a thing or to when asked
Paper = done behind closed doors and strictly from documents in front of them.

Oral = way better

In my honest opinion there would be no point in appealing as the decision to refuse was correct due to not meeting the mandatory proof of English language.

As CR001 has already advised, in order for a foreign degree to be accepted, a NARIC ELA (Red Route) is required. Submitting evidence of this now won't be accepted in an appeal.

Home office sent me a letter saying that their original decision to refuse the dependent visa for my wife has been withdrawn(Initially I appealed the HO decision in court). Now the court sent me the letter and the letter says
``The Judge has directed the Appellant to file and serve within 10 days of the date of this notice any argument or reason why the Tribunal should not contest to Respondent's proposed withdrawal of the decision: failing which the Tribunal proposes to grant its consent``

please help me how to respond now

Congratulations! My Wife and I are in the same situation (refusal letter 22/02/2019), stating "English eligibility requirement not met" even though she has a degree in English and her transcripts were submitted and English is her first language. We have started the appeal in Nigeria (where she was born)....

Speak with your local MP or solicitor. But I believe you won't need to respond as it has the refusal decision has been withdrawn....

Ask your local MP to get in touch with them....
Just out of curiosity...did an ECO or ECM turn up to your hearing?

My Wife recently gave Birth to a boy on 16th June in Nigeria.

I have travelled back to the UK and my son is still with her whilst we wait for my Wife’s appeal hearing to grant her a Settlement Visa for her to join me (hearing date 4th September 2019).
