eDossier Solo Web Application portal

Hello all

Has anyone uploaded the supported documents online via eDossier Solo
Web Application portal recently?

We had uploaded via the self upload on eDossier Solo Web portal before providing the fingerprints and VAC visit, NOW when logging in we can't see the list of the documents which were previously submitted and accepted before the fingerprints appointment anymore#
Is that normal?

Can you please tell me where you got the pin from... for the edossier app? I don’t know where to find it :(

Can you Please let me know where to find the TSL reference number and the pin, I want to upload my documents throught the self service upload but I cannot seem to find them. Thanks ever so much.
