EEA family permit

Hi I have a question guys,
Recently I wanted to apply for an EEA family permit but I'm not sure if it will be accepted or not as I'm 25 years old and my family are British citizens(father and mother) they living in Gibraltar, since I'm living by my own in Morocco I wanted to move there.
Any suggestions it would be much appreciated.
