Elderly-dependent-visa for mother from India

please help me I want to apply Elderly-dependent-visa for mother from India with following details:

Mother date of birth : 20 Jan 1950
Place from apply: India
Marriage status : Widow
Medical status : Age problem , knees problem because of that its hard for her to do day to day activities( have maid for cleaning and cooking).

Family :
Son : passed away (In 2012, death certificate)
Daughter : passed away (In 2011, death certificate)

No one there in India to take care. There are relatives and friends in India but no one is keen to extend support.

No Income there at all I am only who taking care of everything, sending money on monthly basis.
Being alone there and in depression( because she lost two child in one year) might effect her health in future.

I am only Son (British Citizen) here and want her to join us. I have one Sister in India, but she is married and busy in her life and altogether living in different city so can give her any kind of support to mother.

No chance, forget it. Can you not pay for care in India?

Or, consider relocating to India....

It's virtually impossible to bring in an adult dependent relative under the new rules. Does your mother's situation meet the following? (it appears from your post it doesn't)
You can apply to join a settled person in the UK if:
You need long-term personal care to perform every day tasks, such as washing and cooking.
The care you need is not available in the country where you are living, either because it is not available and there is no person in the country where you are living who can reasonably provide it or it is not affordable.
Your sponsor can show that he or she is able to provide adequate maintenance, accommodation and care for you without having to rely on public funds. Your sponsor will need to sign a sponsorship undertaking form to confirm that they will be responsible for your care without relying on public funds for a period of at least 5 years.

Indeed, it's very bleak, I've only heard of one success since the changes were introduced. You could consider the Singh route, however, even the scope of that has recently been significantly reduced.

Thanks for your reply. Relocating would be very tough though, kids school, wife job, job here, relocating means back to square one. Impossible now. We dont have a culture of sending parents to care when they get old like here in UK. Might be its there in big cities.

Different culture - the UK doesn't have the same sense of family when it comes to older people. That's the way it is here. Swings and roundabouts. You might get better pay (for example) - but you trade it off on the culture.

The rules are rather unspecific. Each visit is limited to up to 180 days. There is an unspecified time between visits however the ECO must be satisfied that the person isn't residing the UK. The OLD rules used to say no more than 180 days in the UK in any 365. It's still the best 'yard stick' we have as to the maximum amount of time someone should spend in the UK on a visitor visa in any one year.

The Joint Council for the Welfare of Immigrants (JCWI) is currently undertaking research, funded by the Strategic Legal Fund (SLF), to investigate the impact the July 2012 family immigration rule regarding Adult Dependent Relatives is having on families in the UK, with the ultimate aim of launching a legal challenge
As a result of the rule changes, it is now near impossible for British residents and citizens to bring a non-EEA adult relative who is dependent on them for care to live with them in the UK.
From our initial contact with families we have found that, as a result of this rule, children are being denied important contact with grandparents, families are struggling to cope with the joint burden of childcare and remittances sent to elderly relatives abroad, and many families are facing tough decisions about whether to relocate in order to care for their elderly relatives, thereby uprooting their lives in the UK.
