evidence of relationship between step son and father

I have a question from respected forum members:


I have applied for a flrm in 2012, going back and fourth still decision has not been made in our favor, i been to court twice already and appeal for the third time to court for the last refusal from the home office, now I received a letter from home office they are asking for these, i have attached the pic:

I wanted to know what documents should I provide them

Well - the first item could be letters addressed to the child or letters about the child (e.g. from school), data information requests from GPs or dentists showing registered address etc. along with their birth certificate or passport.

The second - a letter from the child's guardian and any court orders involved.

Finally - photos, evidence of visits, receipts from outings, emails between parent and step-child, call logs to show contact, skype logs, vibr logs, facebook evidence, letters from schools showing you pick them up or such etc.
