Iwhat should i answer ( yes or No).... except bank accounts, other things are joint account like council tax, water bill, gas .

2) Does the account with the bank or utility company for which you have supplied information and supporting documentation relate to another people who is to provide you financial support?

Say yes to both the questions and sign the declaration/Consent forms and submit with the application.

Good Evening everyone, thanks for support,
I have submitted online application and booked boimetric appointment on 25th jan, im in a processes of uploading my documents, , ,,,, theirs a bit of confusion, regarding uploading documents,
Passports:- do i need to upload all pages of passport , even the old expired passport i need to upload , or just the valid passport ,
For husband , he has 2 passport ,(1 expired passport and 1 valid passport) do i need to upload both passports,
Declaration:- there are 3 pages of declaration form, i hope first page is for applicant, Second form is for my husband, if im right, but one confusion, on the form its says name and address of joint owner. Even i have to write my name and address next my husband name and adddress, because we have joint names on the bill , like water gas council, except bank accounts , ( we habe separate bank acc)
Thirdly, 3 pages who has to sign, do dont works and hmt husband showing his employment as his financial requirement for Home office,
But on top pages it says , Consent for Home Office to verify information from third party sponsor.

NAME AND ADDDRESS OF FINANCIAL SPONSOR.
FI H ave applied along with my son, (7 year) does he
need to do anything like declaration, or no need for him.

Consent Form page 1, is only for Main applicant , Right, i have dependant son, do he need to do anything or just my name , adddress and signature is enough.

Page 2:- my husband have to sign and date, but its say the joint owner should sign the following declaration, , excepts bank accounts , utility bill are on joint accounts so even i have to do name , address and sign..

Hi Guy, i really need your help, , i have my appointment on 25 th jan, i haven't uploaded my documents, confuse about declaration forms, Me and my Son applyed for Spouse / partner leave to remain extension, page 1 , of the declaration form , do we both need to sign page 1 consent form, if Yes , my son can't write,
Page 2, that for my husband , it that right, but we have joint bill , Do i even need to sign page 2 as well next to my husband details.
Page 3, my husband is sponsoring me , like financial requirement , does he need to sign that document,

Suppose if he sign page 3 declaration, whats gonna happen, would they raise any concern about it

Page 2, that for my husband , it that right, but we have joint bill , Do i even need to sign page 2 as well next to my husband details. Your husband signs
Page 3, my husband is sponsoring me , like financial requirement , does he need to sign that document, no, write Not Applicable

Suppose if he sign page 3 declaration, whats gonna happen, would they raise any concern about it Does not need to sign, no debate or playing around on this! If signed worst case you confuse CW, muddle up your application, refused, loose your fees and wasted time.

Congratulations.

From reading through the email you may be able to get what route, anything written like D Standard? Did you meet all requirements for FLRM?
ILR eligibility will be 28days before completing 5years or
60months in UK on spouse route. Application will be via SET(M)
