And also checking to see when the best time is to apply based on wife visa details.

Wife came to uk on 18-Jan-2019

On BRP Visa valid from 07-01-2019
On BRP Visa valid until 09-10-2021

She has been given initial visa for 2 years 9 months 2 days.

Im assuming she can apply extension 29 days before 09-10-2021? or she can apply earlier?

She can apply for an extension within 28 days before reaching 30 months residence and must apply before her visa expiry date.

For non-salaried employment which is less than 6 months are below application details are correct?

And i will also write covering letter explaining all my pay and job details as well.
