Thank you for your replies.
Am i able to do the following?
Get the spouse visa application in my fiancé maiden name (due to time period we have for expiry of fiancé visa) then get an updated passport after we receive the spouse visa and then use our married name to apply for the FLR(M) extension 2.5 years later?
If you wish then can do so but you will have to reapply the new BRP card within 3 months. Alternatively, you may postpone this idea until the next extension which you have already planned but in that case acquire the new passport very close to the intended date of applying the extension so that you won't have to make a separate application to change the name on BRP..

Hello
Just so I am clear, we are getting married this Saturday 4th July 2020. My fiancé’s name on our marriage certificate is going to be my surname. Her passport will still be in her maiden name.
am able to do do the Spouse Visa application in her maiden name As passport will show this, but with the marriage certificate in our married name? Or does both the marriage certificate and passport have to match?
Many Thanks in advance

Her name in the marriage certificate will be her maiden name, which is standard for marriage certs. It won't reflect a change in her surname.

Yes. Give the maiden name regardless of married name is shown on marriage certificate which won't be followed if the passport isn't updated accordingly.

Ok great
So it won’t cause any issues the application and passport are in maiden name but the marriage certificate is in married name?

As already stated, the marriage certificate will only state her maiden name NOT your surname.
You are overthinking this.

No. Only name on passport is followed.

Hello Guys
When my fiancé does her application and goes for her appointment for the biometrics, am I right in thinking we can go to our local UKVCAS centre in the UK? As all of her appointments which were mass outside the UK were at the VFS centre.
Many Thanks

Yes. UKCVAS is the service for biometrics and identity checks within the UK.

Thank you for your replies
Can I also ask is there a time limit from when you can use an authenticated passport copy?
I have mine from back in December 2019, can I re use this or do I need to get it re done?

All documents are uploaded digitally. So simply scan or upload your passport copy onto the portal. It does not have to be a certified copy.

Hello guys
Do you need to include an invitation letter from both parties if you are already in the UK and are applying for FLR(M) within the UK?
Many Thanks

I’ve also read somewhere that you need to send in scanned copies of every page of your passport even if the pages are blank is this true?

There are wavering views & experiences about it.

So would you recommend scanning all the pages in both our passports? Also are you sure they don’t have to be certified as I’ve read that a lot also?
Many thanks

Good morning guys
Does anyone have the link to the specific wording for each section of the spouse visa which outlines exactly what they are looking for?
Many Thanks

When doing the scanning (in assuming this time will be on the UKVCAS we sit rather than the VFS website) what is the maximum size in MB per document you can up load? Load?
Many Thanks

VFS or TLS is for application outside the UK.
Ukcvas is the within the UK service.
6mb per document size limit.

Hello Guys
My mortgage statements are done yearly in January, will they be acceptable? Or do I need to call them to issue another statement showing the date of them being sent as today for example?
Many thanks

Bank certainly can reissue the mortgage statement with recent date. Also title deeds and council tax bill bolster the accomodation evidences.

Better don't for accomodation purposes. However, these might be helpful for proving subsisting relationship.

Ok so you reckon not to use them for accommodation.
The only issue I have is on the application form it asks if we have any shared utility bill responsibilities, if I have my fiancé on them and I answer yes, it’s asks what percentage are each person responsible for, obviously my fiancé cannot work at the moment so therefor doesn’t pay anything, I pay all the bills
Many Thanks
