Flr FP 2nd extension help¡!!!!!!!!!!!

hi there, need some help. i am applying for my flr fp 10 years partner route 2nd extension( 1st applied in 2015 then 1st extension 2018 now 2nd extension),

my question is when i was filling the form on the finance part they saying i must 18600 of financial requirement which was not the case for last two time. also when i go and pay the health surcharge , it show my visa category is flr(m). i am very confused, any help will be appreciated.

You have probably used the wrong form. The online form to use is:
