hello i have been following this board . i have been request to send some documents in order to make a decision promptly , letter of cohabitation with partner for 3years and GP letter for my son. Just sent them by post few hours ago. will update once i receive the news.

i woke up today , after giving son breakfast a knock on the day.hi i have a delivery for pretty poppy may i have your ID i was like "who is this", the guy responds home office delivery , are you pretty poppy ? i need an ID i was shaking while i came to get my ID up stairs, he asked me to sign i was still shaking he was calm down madam.it was my BRP card am still happy i can't believe. sent my extra documents on 28th received on the 29th. date of issue was 30th August. am so happy it has been a journey .Good luck to everyone waiting.

the wait is such a killer , but i have a great partner, family and my super toddler kept me going. I completely forgot about it. but social media makes you think you are missing out. but not until you realise not all of it is realistic ...

Hi need advice can we pass our driving test while waiting for decision? What id did u gave for provisional license as our passport is with home office .and if once we pass do they issue you license as I’ve heard u not allowed to drive while your decision is pending .can anyone advice plz as I want to learn driving while this long waiting .

No, you cannot however if you have an accident (A&E) then NHS will treat you, it's the normal procedure weather you have paid or not.

That’s right I m under treatment for my eye in hospital .when our visa expired and we applied for flr they started charging us although we paid £500 ihs fee.but they can do monthly instalment for you .Hope that’s helps

Yes they asked us to send the bills or gp documents on the same address and also the proof of the child living at the same address letters from gp and school etc and specifically from April 2017 since I send the application.

okay, so we could get the same decision hopefully good. As i never heard that they ask for additional document in 7 year cases,. they just simply refuse or allow.

We have applied in Oct 17 as a family on the basis of our child who turned 7 in sep 17. We have our biometric in following month. In feb 18 Home office sent two forms back with missing signature which we have signed and sent back within a week. Since then we have not heard anything from Home office. We have contacted our local MP four weeks ago who requested home office to provide the reason of delay and prompt action on the case. Home office did not reply to MP yet. But my Solicitor received a letter from home office on 7th Aug to provide the proof of residence of the child to confirm that we are living with child on the same address and they did say in the letter that they are aiming to take prompt action on the case once the information is provided. We have sent letter from gp, school reports and utility bills yesterday by recorded delivery.
I just want to ask if is it a positive attitude of home office that they taking long and asked for this kind of information. Or they are just delaying purposely and going to refuse. Thanks in advance

I also have a same case as urs.. I had send my application on December 2017 and today I received same letter as urs that send documents of the children like gp letters, school letters etc etc... Did u receive any kind of response? I will send them all documents tomorrow... Really worried now... Is it a good sign??

When did you get the letter and sent the documents??? Yeah i will keep updated when i get the reply. There is one more person in this forum who is in similar situation and he sent documents on 30th july.

Hi arham208, it looks like georgicha have not met the criteria when he applied as it is like impossible get no appeal in 7 year cases. Let’s wait for his comment for clear view of the situation.
