Hiya , I am silent reader I have sent further requested document on 1st of Aug still waiting been more then month , you guys got any news ?

I applied in April 2017 acknowledgement and biometric in May 2017 after that nothing at all.on 16 July 2018 asked for additional documents which was sent on 30 July 2018 waiting since then nearly 2 weeks but we can only hope my friends.
Did they ask you to prove the residence of the child is same or not and to prove that parents are listed as emergency contact in school and gp.
Yes they asked us to send the bills or gp documents on the same address and also the proof of the child living at the same address letters from gp and school etc and specifically from April 2017 since I send the application.
okay, so we could get the same decision hopefully good. As i never heard that they ask for additional document in 7 year cases,. they just simply refuse or allow.

In my knowledge if HO ask you for addition documents they will near to make a quit decision
Hopefully you will get good new soon

Arham208,

Are you doing this via solicitors? Did you get HO's proof of receipt?

Hi, vini81,

Yes we are doing this through solicitor and we send our case in December 2017,and received acknowledgement letter and biometrics in February then now August 24 2018 we received a letter from home office that send letters from gp and schools that our children are living at same address as us.. So just now yesterday we had send all the documents to home office now... We filled flr fp on 7 year child route.. My son is 10 years old and have been in this country for 8 years... Pray for us..
Thanks

Application timeline
Flr fp August 2017
Myself and 3 dependants are overstayer.
Biometric done October 2017
Decision :Refused and certified March 2018
Judicial review April 2008.
We came to the Uk 2015 I met my British Partner (White) on March 2015 we moved in together May 2015.
We provided all the relevant documents showing that we have been staying together for more than two years before the application.
HM accepted that our relationship is genuine and substiting but saying no barriers facing us to relocate to my country.
My partner has never been to Africa in his entire life.
He has lived in the UK for 65years.
We owned 2 property's together one in our joint names with no mortgages on them.
We are financially okay and own his own business.
I'm very worried and don't know what to do but we are waiting for the outcome of the judicial review.
Please Obie and the remaining moderators should advise me on what to do.
Judicial review grounds.
My partner has 4 children from previous marriage all in the UK.
Security in my country is very bad to the westerners.
My partner is allergy to dust and he has been for many years.
My partner has a rooted family in the UK.
He owned his business here in the UK.
Will be waiting for the good people here to give me some advice.
Thanks

Again in the refusal letter the ho said me and my partner can communicate through the internet if he doesn't want to relocate with us.
Honestly it is very sad.
