They should give you right of appeal if they didn’t gave you before
I think the good chance was in court to win. But still not a problem if some one do for you a good application. I know the words of the homeoffice when they say go and re-apply there is case law about it. Call chikwamba Lord Bingham explained every thing very well in it. Dear brother my wife have indefinite leave to remain we both belong from pakistan but I came here 2012 and she 1989 move in uk.
2016 we meet and apply june 2016 but refused with right of appeal my wife not working becoz no education she receiving benefit.
I attend hearing feb 2018 judge say only one objection u go back paksitan and come again uk becoz u r overstay. My solicitor always make wronge application always late of time appeal I am very upset. After that i do fresh application and they refused 13 aug 2019 and say no right of appeal and ur case same like previous I read it comment all and ur case I know u and meet22 help me about this.
My solicitor almost 5000 get but do nothing now I cant afford she say she do pap but still today she delay and say have 3 months for pap and judicial review I am searching about someone else but I didint trust solicitors anymore.
I am wait ur response what I do.

It will make it worst for you. Wait for the pap and trying to book your mairrage as Islamic nikah is not acceptable. If you register that it will be like change of your circumstances and do English test if you have your passport.work wise it will be the best if your partner can work and try to earn 18600 it will be good for your case and judge can give more weight to your case.i am not a solicitor or immigration adviser please don’t take his is an advise but everything I am saying because I did my research o these everything and also i spoke to the judge which he allowed me what ever I want it to say. Never lie or put bad quality documents with application. End of the day you are with a qualifying partner home office can’t disagree with it so that’s your positive point.
Book your English self test ASAP
Register your marriage as Registrar will ask from home office so you still got some thing pending so they home office will allow you to get marry

Brother I do english test ukba ielts 5.5 overall but its expire nov 2017. Also we living together more than 3 years main issue they say I apply when I m illegal. Second ho and judge say I go back pakistan and comeback spouse route. But it's very hard for me to go Pakistan becoz my family didnt allow me. We have real issue but home office didnt understand this.
Brother one good thing he didnt ask me for reporting so I m happy only for this. When I ask my solicitor if I m illegal so why he didnt ask me so he say becoz some time he didnt say reporting.
I have some skin issue but I dont know what to do my appointment already book jan 2020. I apply pap tomorrow so let's see what happend. Can u explan u have any experience about pap letter and pap.
Any point which I include in pap letter.please I request other expert and honourable authories help me because I m very hard position and my case genuine. I need points to explan but I dont know.

Ielts is ok but it’s expired so no point do new ielts or self English language test I am sure they got plenty of appointments.
In your case you have to show insurmountable obstacles.
Lots of people got thier visas when they were illegal and they submitted their applications and granted without hassle. As me I am suffered a lot. Never been overstayed but applications refused and they considered me as an overstayer I think it really doesn’t matter to be an over stayered and apply
You have to send further submissions. But your circumstances is need to be deferent from the last applications. I have appointment about skin problime. I try hard but solicitor totally guide me wronge.
Least I forget, this was a standard application. They said it would take 8 weeks after biometrics and 8 weeks it took. If they give u time frame, follow it up. Call their help line and escalate it. Holding them to account their timelines. Contact mp if they are behind. Court sent a email to my solicitor before day evening.i am not been in court. 26 th of September I received letter from them just 2 sentences. 1 st one adjourned. 2 nd one new notice of hearing soon. Solicitor send the bundle 1 week before the hearing date.
