After sending further documents requested from home office last week monday 23rd of september through special delivery home office received the documents on Tuesday 24th of September since then I have not received anything yet can someone help me how long it takes to get a reply from then?

How far with your decision, any news yet. I was told, they usually send the decision by email now not through the post.
Hi I am still waiting for it.judge said your appeal allowed and we will send written decision on post . So don’t know what’s gonna happen now and will be in my email or by post 🤔 I hope soon this week

After I sent my ex partner british passport to home office last week to verify her signature on her passport with her letter he wrote for evidence of contact with my child today my solicitor called me that they return her passport but they have not make any decision please can someone help me out does it mean is positive or negative?

Well if you got British child so don’t think they will refuse you. It is positive and also you will get decision soon

Praise thy lord Solicitor called me today that I have been granted visa for 30 months thanks everyone on this site I wish everybody waiting for there own positive results now waiting for my bro card. application submitted 05/04/2019 parents of a british child done biometric 11/04/2019 at croydon home office ask for further documents on 11/09/2019 documents sent on 23/09/2019. date of decision 30/09/2019 :D :D :D :D .

Very good outcome happy for you. You got some status. Just make sure keep your record clean so in further in extension it won’t be a problem so every thing will be straight forward.
Did they give you 10 years or 5 years parent route ?

My biometric residence permit was sent to my solicitor. But the problem is that home office refused to return my international going to expire april 2021.

They did the same thing to me, I wrote a letter to Sheffield requesting for my passport after sending the letter I then called Croydon office to ask them where my passport was that same day it was sent out in the post to me.

The address at the top of your decision letter write them a letter requesting for it. you should get your passport back as its your private property.

I sent pap and its reconsider 3 months time gone office need to decide 1 oct to 1 jan my application refused flrfp partner base. Any body have experienced about this.

Alhamdullilah got brp today .
Applied under 7 year child rule in May 2017
Got Rejection in 2018 with right of appeal
Appealed on first tier that got refused
Appealed upper tribunal got allowed on Oct 2019 .
