Hi quince 2 I think you will receive email from court of appeal. After you get the confirmation they will deduct money in 5 to 10 days. Thanks

hello everyone, i have been a silent reader for while.

please if can anyone help: i am about to submit my application for FLR FP as a single mother parent of 6 months old British child. applying inside UK.

i was seeking help with what sort of supporting documents will help with my application. any advice will be highly appreciated.

Relationship with the father of child has broken down. but still plays an active role to his child.

was also wondering if i needed any documents from the Father of the child and if so what sort of documents will i need from the father?

thanking you in advance..

You will need your child birth certificate or passport also some of your doctors and maternity laters etc. Get letter from your gp the child is registered there and you are bringing for appointments etc.
I don’t think as much more documents.your application will granted any way under section 117D also try to get English test too I am sure they will put you on 5 years route instead of 10 years but most likely your application will granted because of the British child

If you have British children then you don’t need to worry about any thing the nhs and school letters is more than enough and also explain nicely in your covering letter that’s all.but what you were doing before why you didn’t apply before ?

Hi, your case is similar to mine, I never worked or had any NI number, bank account .....they asked me to provide evidence to show that my partner and me were living together for the past 2 years. the documents can be on your name or his name or jointas long as it is the same address.

In my case, my name was on the tenancy agreement and to some of the utility bills (as an additional account holder).
A letter from school stating that I'm the one who is responsible to pick and drop the kids plus their school report.
My maternity and hospital letters.
A letter from a friend stating that I lived with my partner for the past 2 years or more if applicable.

the rest was my partner's income, bank statement, his ILR.
The children's birth certificate and British passport.

I applied in October and received my BRP on November 10 years route and no access to public funds.

Hello everyone,

Help needed with FLR(FP) based on 7 years route.
My family and I got our fee waiver last Monday and we filled and submitted our FLR(FP) based on child on 7 years route online. We have booked a date for biometrics and presenting documents for next week.

I need help knowing all documents needed.
1. Parent are overstayed, one has an expired passport and the other has their passport with the home office.
- Will that be a problem?

2. For the 9years old child on which basis we are applying what documents of his needs providing?

3. What other documents will help with the application.

Our 2 kids were born and spent all their lives here.
