Hi congratulations!

Do you have recourse to public funds? And is it your first application or extension? I still don’t have my decision until now and I applied aug.14 , I was thinking of applying for for my daughters visa to with fee waiver? But I don’t know what are the requirements they asked.
Let’s us know please thanks

Hi mate, have you gotten your decision yet?
Hello prettymum,

Not yet. I’m planning to escalate my case and send a general quiet tomorrow after lunch. My lawyer will escalate too on his end after I’ve done mine. I will let everyone know once I’ve heard from them.

I’m tired of waiting..

Hi .

Yes I managed to email them last night and got a response today few hours ago. They say that my case was already outside of SLA? What does it mean ? What is outside SLA? They said that they’re working on my application and just need to wait for the decision.

Hi prettymum,

Here’s the email, ukvigeneral@mailgb.custhelp.com and public.enquiries@homeoffice.gov.uk I also found outside of SLA means, they apologise that my case was delayed that’s it, and nothing I can do about it just to wait for decision.

As per my knowledge if you have a valid leave to remain and you apply for fee waiver before expiry of it, then your fee waiver application date is your date of application, when you receive your fee waiver decision you have 10 days to submit your application. How did you make fee waiver application? Did you submit online application and email the documents at DestitutionDocs@homeoffice.gov.uk, when you submit online fee waiver form UAN is generated, you can make inquiries using that number.

Got my decision! Glory to God.

Here is my timeline:
FLR FP, 10 years Partner route:

Application submitted: 12 August, 2020

Uploaded documents: 12 August, 2020

Email from SSC asking to post supporting documents: October 2020

Biometrics: 7th January, 2021 (at approved post office) - after many complaint letters.

Sent complaint email: 3 times (first one got reply saying nothing can be done by complaints team, and asking me to wait for Home office).

Wrote email to MP: 19 February 2021

Reply from MP saying she has sent letter to home office: 22 February 2020 (three days after my initial email to her)

Decision mail saying granted: 25 Feb 2021 (three days after MP's chase)

Biometrics card: Waiting

MP hasn't got back to me yet, so it might just be a coincidence that I got the decision when she chased. But I hope this gives some hope to everyone waiting for that decision. Praying that you get your decision soonest.
