Re: FLR(FP) Application time

Post by Mya101 » Thu Mar 25, 2021 9:05 am

Hi Guys..please I need advice on how I can deal with this situation..my previous relationship ended since 2018 with mother of my 2 British born and I was with my new partner she’s single mother of 9yrs old,we have been living together but we have not living together upto 2 yrs so that is why I’m on 10 years parent route have completed 5 years already,I have summited for my third one last month.

The issue on ground now is that,I notice that my new partner family and the little girl don’t like me but my girlfriend told me that they will come around wish I believe but that’s not it because they stop coming to her house and my partner and her child stop going to her mom’s house but the main issue now is that one around 2am me and now ex partner was having nice time and rush out to toilet naked but I asked her if the little at asleep and said yes and I don’t know the little girl still away,so right now I don’t know who the little girl told and social services are now on the case,so I have to move out of her flat and I don’t know how to deal with this.

Any advice please.

Anyone got news on their application? This is absurd it’s been 7months and still waiting for the decision. I’ve done everything calling, escalating it with local MP, even complaint multiple times and nothing.
Hi Mate, still waiting for decision too , 7 months honestly, am just speechless and disturbed.

Got my decision yesterday.

Congrats Gracewell! Does anyone know the visa processing time for FLR(FP)? I thought it was meant to be 6 months. I've just spoken to a lady from UKVI, she says there's no more time limit on it which means they could take as long as they want.
Can anyone else verify this information, please?

Hi gracewell, congratulations! I’ve involved my MP and they told us there’s no timeline on FP applications, they just apologised on my circumstances and confirmed the date when they returned back my documents to my solicitors. So, nothing I can do but to wait, also they’ve put back the priority service on all visa applications yesterday. So bad when they have large backlogs . Could you tell us your timeline please! Thank you

Home office normally takes 6 months to decide an application. If more than 6 months have passed & HO still does not reply then you can involve MP.
