I applyed on 30May , 2022 to switch my visa from asylum to FLR FP with second wxtantion to FLRFP.
I paid 800 extara and I have one year suspended sintence and restrain orderr for 5 years start from Feb/2020

Although we would normally decide your application within 24 hours from the
date it was submitted, unfortunately this is not going to be possible in your case.
This is because records show that you have an outstanding criminal
prosecution. No decision will be taken on your application until this matter has
been concluded.

We expect to make a decision on your application as soon as possible.
Yours sincerely,

when do you expect I will get it .

Hello,

I have just got a message from someone here from this forum and she applied for a fee waiver on the 17th of January and got a decision today. I have applied myself on 26th and still waiting for a response. I have not heard from HO since submitting the application.

I think its taking around 5 weeks for them to process.

If you have applied before your current visa has expired, you will have 10 days to submit your FLR FP once you get a decision with regards to the fee waiver. If successful, they will give provide you with a code so you can go past the payment page without having to pay for the fee. If they reject your request, then you'll also have 10 days to rob the Bank of England and get the money to pay for the application as there's no other way. You can't appeal if they refuse.(Please don't take the Bank of England thing seriously).

Since you've applied before your visa expired, you'll be fine. Just sit back and relax, no reason to stress about it as it's out of your hands now.

Everyone, feel free to correct me if I said anything wrong.

Best wishes

Hello every one?

My flr fp 4th renewal expires on 26.03.2022 i applied for fee waiver on 11.02.2022 i have not received reply yet it says waiting for update. My question is if my visa expires before i receieve reply for fee waiver what happens then? And if they dont give me fee waiver and my visa expires what happens then? If any one has applied for fee waiver how long does it take to process?

Thank you
vini81

Hello #vini81

Thanks for reply my fee waiver got approved and visa expires on 24/03/2022. So do I complete visa application now and can I do priority? How many days are we allowed to travel per year so I add all and how many days over course of 10 years.

Hi, just wanted to know if you ended up applying for with priority after getting your fee waiver approved. I’m in the process of applying but the wait times are a bit discouraging. I’m the only one applying with no dependent, I have had few waived in my previous application and still meet the requirements, has anyone applied for priority after getting fee waived?

FLR FP Time line: Parents of British child ( 10 years route)

* FLR FP 1st extension
* fee waiver application August 2021
* fee waiver accepted October 2021
* Application submission online 22nd October 2021
* Biometric done 2nd February 2022
* Decision: Still waiting

I only escalated once last month by my solicitor sending by email.

Is anyone have same time line or have any advice what to do? Shall I escalated again or shall I wait?

Many thanks

Application Timeline for my FLR (FP) 3rd extension

Application Submitted online: 12/09/2021
Biometric Appointment (Belfast): 06/10/2021
Decision: Still waiting

Have sent a letter and emailed the Home Office to chase them but have gotten the standard reply - Prioritising Ukrainians, COVID backlog and FLR(FP) applications falls outside standard processing time.

My MP has written to them about 3 weeks ago but no response yet.

I have no idea how everyone is dealing with the stress of this agonising wait. I'm slowly reaching the 11th month mark of my submission and hoping to hear soon but knowing the Home Office I wouldn't be surprised if they change the processing time again.

I can only wish the best for everyone.

Hi,

Honestly on the same boat, I applied 16th of September 2021 and haven’t heard anything back yet.
What is their standard processing time, it’s such a joke.

Hello everyone. I pray you all get your decisions or reply from ho soon. I have just applied for my 3rd extension Flr fp and I did my biometric today at Manchester branch. I used the super priority and paid £800 extra. I used the same superiority application when I extended for my 2nd application and I did get a response fast. For this one I would be expecting a response next week because of the weekend. Most people do get their response fast using this method but if you have a complicated application it could take longer and you could apply for a refund of the £800 if you don’t get an answer on the given time.

How can one understand the Home Office when some wait 11 months but others will have to experience an 11 months plus delay?

So unfair.
