Thank you for your reply but does that mean with recourse nothing is written on the reverse /under the remark.x

Hi.

This is my observations. Not advised, please confirm with any lawyer.

If on your BRP Card Backside Printed. No Public Fund it's mean you are not allowed to access public fund.

If this is not printed on back side of your card , normally its meaning you allow public fund,. You can also check your decision letter or emails this will be must mentioned their.

Hi All
I have been in UK since 2020. I was came here through student visa. During my studies I was recognised with Depression and it’s affects my studies. My course was finished on 2021 September but I didn’t passed in one module. So I am not eligible for stay back visa. As per the advice of a solicitor I was applied for FLR FP with my husband on April 2022. Since last year I was tried two attempts but failed again for that module. Now my health is disaster I lost a lot of weight etc. I was submitted all my medical records with my application

I was applied for FLR FP on April 2022. Am I eligible for this route? One my friend from another country was informed me I need stay longer in UK in order to get FLR FP. Please some body reply, thank you!

Biometrics: 4 October 2021
Approval: Still waiting!

Exactly one year since application and more than 11 months since biometrics appointment and still no response. (I did not use fee waiver). I sent a complaint in August which they replied yesterday and told me I have to wait.

I know it can be frustrating but mine application by approved after 11 months and few days, so let’s see what good news this weekend will bring. I believe it’s anytime from now.

thanks to the few people who replied to me on this board.finally my visa under parent route was granted after a long journey starting with mn1 since January 2022

I applied 10th of September 2022 using super priority and i was an overstayer mother.
Biometric done on 15th September 2022 at 3.45pm
Decision today the 16th September 2022 at 1:55pm
BRP Card - Still waiting

If I could go back in time I would definitely use the super priority service. It would save me so much stress and headaches.

So many people on this thread were getting a decision after 11 months in June/July/August but now it seems like no one is getting any decisions, and, it's been more than 1 year for many of us. There's no updates on their website either to give any indication to when we can expect a response.

I'm supposed to travel next week, however, it looks like I'll have to miss it.

Hi, Home office response on escalation minimum 4 to 6 week, and then asking proof other things which also take few week to conclude and respond. in my case that happened but no positive response. and still waiting for decision.
