Update - flr fp extension
I received my Brp today (18/10/2022)
Decision: 14/10/2022
My passport was held when I went to enroll my biometrics in Sheffield.
I had no email or update regarding the return of my passport.
Any advise?

Thanks
Also I have the same problem!
I got the decision via email on the 14th October 22 and I have received the BRP today 18th October 22. No passport.
I found out here after my BRP appointment that the Home Office no longer required to hold your foreign passport during the visa application process.
Hi,
I contacted Home office, If you don’t receive your passport by 31/10/2022, email home office complaints to look into it.

Congratulations!!! Is it your 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th extension?

I applied 1st time application. Was wondering if I'd have access to public funds too

Just for your information I think it depends because it was my first time to apply but I got a British son and guess what I’m apparently not entitled to public funds… wonder why not… but I’m grateful that I got the visa don’t take me wrong yet I thought I should be entitled to public funds since my son is British

It’s my first application. I was destitute around the time I applied and I included evidence in my application. Could be the reason why I had access to public funds

Hello guys.i am sorry to take your space to find out how to resolve this issue. My wife and I are married and in the UK with 3 of our children that was born here in the UK and through whom we obtained our 10 yrs route visa based on the 7 year outside of the rule immigration .. We have our older child that was born outside of the UK and he is 11yrs old. We apply for him to join us as family 5 months ago and the entry clearance or home office is asking us to provide evidence of sole responsibility.
Please what kind of evidence constitute sole responsibility for couples that are legally married even before the child was born?

Alhamdulilah ive just got my decision today.

I switched from flrm to flrfp due to income not meeting the requirements. I have a 3 yo british citizen daughter.

App submit : 22 dec 2021
Ssc app : 7 jan 2022
Decision granted : 29 oct 2022

My passport was retained by ssc in jan and it expires in july 2022. I called home office about it and they said someone was going to contact me to arrange a passport delivery and i would have to renew it. And ive been stressing over it bcs i thought it would add more time to get my desicion :?

Alhamdulilah. I was a silent reader and keep checking on this page just to give me abit of hope. Hopefully all of you guys get your decision soon x

Marriage certificate, proove of address for both of you, child birth certificate, proove of financial, physical, spiritual and emotional support to the child. Family photos with the child. A letter from whoever is looking after the child

Anything else that reflects both of you are in the life of the child....

I would assume this should do it.
